Yesterday (November 29th, 2008), I shot some B-roll for the Mary Lou Williams Center documentary. Steve Milligan was the cinematographer and Kevin Wu, Duke ‘11, was the camera assistant.

Mary Lou Williams, Silver Rights, Face-Up and film school

Right now, I’m working on one feature-length doc, and two short documentaries. I start film school at the University of Southern California in January. So I’m working to finish things up before then.

So I’m in the process of making a 30-minute documentary for the Mary Lou Williams Center for Black Culture at Duke University. The doc should be done in Spring of 2009, but here’s a little segment that was shown last week at the 25th Anniversary of the center.
